Perhaps the problem is, that you're using 64-bit FC version and 32-bit Thunderbird version, I'm not sure, but you can try the same with 32-bit FC version.

866 runs perfectly, and nothing much has changed on this system between 866 and 867. However, as mentioned, perhaps the log, which I have emailed, may provide the answer.
