color by file type not saving ?
I'm playing with your nice latest additional "color by file type" (thanks for listening requests!).
It seems it does not save the settings, every time i restart the filters "color by file type)" are gone.

"Size auto" used to show total size of the folder
Now it does not shows the total size of files and subfolder but only the direct childs folder size.
I need to see the total weight.
Is this a bug or am I missing a specific option in the settings ?
thanks

Re: Set colors to folders
Exactly, an extended rule which recognize specific strings in files/folders. In that way I can set a rule of strings and using the appropriate names to obtain the color (and possibly the icon
)

Re: Set colors to folders
I know what color folder means: a database and a performance issue.
The reasonable answer is: 400 ? It's a way to temporarely emphatize folder workflows. So there is no need for giant colors database.
But now, figuring out a solution, I'm thinking about another way:
What if the coloring is assigned ...

Set colors to folders
Pleeeese do you think it could be possible to custom colorize folder rows ?
Yeees I know I can do it by timestamp and type but I really need a quick way to colorize some folders on the fly, not by any specific attribute.
Would this feature be possible, ever ?
Thanks

Search files by Exif XMP
I know it's an old topic, and there must be a robust reason if it wasnt implemented yet.
But it could be AWESOME the possibility of file search by a specific exif data (title, descriptions, keywordsss).
Let me know if this was, is or will.
Thanks

Re: Double click to edit path
wow, it's already there then.
It's incredible the versatility (and complexity) of freecommander options.
Thanks for the hint.

Double click to edit path
Just right under the folder tab, it would be very cool to edit the path by double clicking.
Just like the native explorer file in windows.
Thanks!

Re: layouts edit
Nope, still having unconsistency between item names in the layout. It's almost impossible to manage them because they are unlabeled.

layouts edit
I'm not sure if it's a bug, but it's an annoying inconsistency.
the layout names in the "edit layout" window don't have names and it's hard to manage them.
Is it possible to fix it?

Re: duplicates in file container
No I dont want to delete them, just selecting or removing from the container list (or from the search file modal window).
