need another post before sending the screenshot - phpBBS requires two posts before sending a url / img

I'm using version 2007.10, Windows XP SP2

Problem description
Switching to Swedish translation shows German translation texts.
Using any other language seems to work fine.

Expected
Menus and translation in swedish

Possible problem
The translation file in lng\Svenska.lng is binary.
