Any news about it? I want to know if I am able to synchronize files and folders with long filenames (longer than 259 signs). Or does FreeCommander XE also use the built in method like Windows Explorer?

Is FreeCommander able to copy files with NTFS permissions like Total Commander? If not, it would be nice to sea this feature added.

If you are synchronizing the folder (or just use that to compare them) you should tick the following 2 options marked in red:

Is there a way to create a log file which files wouldn't be able to be copied? That way I could "ignore" them and take a later look.

Synchronization file name length?

How long can the path and file names be? In Total Commander they are 259, which is too short for some files. I used their new beta version (TC 7.5 PB4) and the path and names can now be 1022 and I was able to copy them with Permissions. If FC is also limited to 259 chars, will it be changed in the ...
