Hey ralfso, thanks for your reply. I'll give it a try. Until now, I was just trying to right-click them to receive pop-up menu and call KDiff from there.
Still I think it would be a nice feature, when somebody would like to perform action not supported by FC. But I'm not so sure if it is worth ...

Share selection between views.
Hi,
it would be nice if selection between views was shared. When there are two panels (views) present, it should be possible to select something from first one and then from second one, without loosing selection from first.
I have two folders containing some files that I would like to compare ...
