The previous bug [1] is solved in 676, but there is still a bug regarding the same topic:

1) Two different folders with same files (e.g. create a new txt-file and copy ...

System: Win 7 Professional (6.1.7601) - SP1

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Two different folders with different files
2) Alt + S for synchronization
3) Click on compare
4) Delete one (or more) files in one ...
