Changing enviromental variables require restart

After changing enviromental variable in OS changes aren't reflected in programs runned by FreeCommander until it is restarted. Normally in Windows it requires reopening terminal, but in FreeCommander running app in new terminal doesn't help, one must restart FreeCommander.
