Ok, that's good to know re the tree- I always have 2 sets of tabs and 2 folder trees showing so I never tried that; and I have to kinda contort my hand weird to input Ctrl-click, so I hadn't tried that one either - but that's great!
Thanks for that!

Favorites "Open In" Behavior Question
I'm not sure if there's another setting I need to change, but the "Open In" field for all my favorites is not working.
I've set all of my favorites to Open In: New Tab (or Tabs for Active/Inactive double favorites), but none of them do- they all open in the existing tab(s).
As I'm typing this the ...

Re: Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
I don't see any way to delete this question, but the x64 downloads page is now much more explicit, so this whoooole mess is moot.
Thanks very much for that.

Re: Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
All your questions are here explained: https://freecommander.com/en/64bit-downloads-rules/
You're right, I misunderstood "There are no program updates for this option. This is not the last program version."
My confusion was on the 1 download not being the latest release. I understand it would ...

Re: Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
Sorry, this reply wasn't up when I started writing.
When you sign up for the donor subscription, the automatic system first gives you access to the 920 donor version. After that, someone manually sets up an account which then enables access to the latest version

Re: Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
I was pulling the x64 version info from this page.
When I posted this, the version listed was 920- I assumed that the version had been updated, but the page/link name had not.
So, hoping for an updated version to be available after paying for an x64 license, I did the one-time purchase on 28 ...

Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
I just am curious about how the donor/public release cycle works.
The 64 bit purchase page states: "Updates for public 32 bit version – once per year, updates for 64 bit version – several times per year"
As of this moment, I'm running version 921 public, but the x64 version available is 920, which ...

Licensing Version Question
Looking to donate, but confused because the v934 Donor alert that came up on my FreeCommander Public v921 Update Check- but the "one download" purchase option lists "v920 x64" as the download available.
Is that just a typo, or does the x64 version lag behind the x32 version?
Just want to clarify.

Network Drives not woking
Hello,
I've done some searching, and have come up blank, but I'm rather confused.
I've been using FC for a while on all 3 of my regular-use windows boxes, and ONLY on my surface am I having this issue.
I have 5 shares from 3 devices that I've mapped and are persistent, fully visible in Windows ...

Right-Drag options missing
Hello,
I don't know if I'm missing something, but there are a few things that I've integrated into my Explorer Shell right-drag option list over the years that do not show up when using a right-click-drag in FreeCommander.
At the same time, there are some that work, and I am confused.
