I'm trying to adjust my column setup.

When I try with the context menu "add/remove columns", as soon as I select that option everything become unavailable. Using the ESC key does return me to a normal/usable state.

I got carried away this morning and started changing many of my settings.

Unfortunately, I got to a point where there were at least a few things that I did not like and cannot remember how to change back.

I would like to start from fresh.

How do I restore the program to it's default ...
