This is still an issue for me. I changed the values of ToolBar2048Left and ToolBar2048Top to 11 and 2 per the above suggestion despite the fact that neither value was negative, but this did not resolve anything.
Is this just a problem with the portable version? Is anyone else having the same issue ...

Hello. I searched for this, but didn't find it at a glance.
Is there a way to make the toolbar order and positions stay where I place them? I set them up the way I want them, but when I relaunch the application, the order has changed.

Can I delete Unneeded Language Files?
Hello. I have fC installed on a thumb drive where space can be an issue. I noticed that there are a lot of language files that I will never use. Are there any problems that can come from removing the language files I don't use?

Hello. I did a search on this, but as you can imagine, "help file" came up with a ton of search results. I scanned the first page of them and didn't see what I was looking for.
I downloaded the help file, but it seems to be very out of date. Is there an updated help file available?
