solved problem with an old Freecommander.ini

FCXE.60x portable, win7prof x64

I cannot use WinMerge.exe (or other 'Compare files...' software) with FCXE.60x
and
I cannot start Universal Viewer (Shift+F3) with FCXE.60x

confirmation?

I can do all that on FC 2009.02b portable
