assigning 'right' key to 'open folder in current tab fails

assigning 'right' key to 'open folder in current tab fails.
The key just scrolls right. On the non-beta version it works fine.
This is to implement the famous 'lynx' navigation.

It works for me in the current XE release 540.
Assigned "Right" to "Open folder in same pane".
