R357 - EXE icons issue

EXE icons look strange, also default icon is visible when I enter the folder, when I select the file, then it's correct.
I can reproduce it also with default settings and on ALL EXE icons, however it's not visible on some (non-transparent) icons and it's more visible when using dark background.
FC R357, Win Vista 32 bit.
