Change order of Favourites Folder

I use Favourite folder menu all the time. It save much time when i browse my disk.
But "manage" option od first place is bad idea. I open this dialog with shortkey, and immediately after that I use down arrow to choose my location. And this "manage" row take my choose time. Very annoying. This option could be in menu, and dont bother in this dialog...
Yes, I know there is shortkeys CTRL+SHIFT+1 ... but i dont use it (different function in system).
Can you place "manage/setting" row somewhere else than quick choose menu please?
