825 - FC tries to access C:\*.exe

FC 825 (reloaded) Donor
When launched, FC tried to access C:\*.exe
STR:
1. Run FileAccessErrorView (https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/file_acce ... _view.html)
2. Launch FC
3. See results in FAEV
You might want to keep FAEV running and see if you notice any other peculiarities. It also reveals the lsass.exe service trying to load an unavailable network resource when FC is opened, but this could possibly be a Windows bug.
If you have multiple versions of Windows to test, I recommend it.
