Allow using Windows key as a modifier for keyboard shortcuts, especially the global shortcut for Screenshots.

Depending on the programming language being used, can allow user to specify LeftWin, RightWin, or either.

Just a workaround, you can use a program like HotkeyP or AutoHotkey, with the HotkeyP you can create desktop and window snapshot, even if FC is not running, or just simulate the shortcut from FC.
