To reproduce:
- use default settings
- switch to thumbnails view for both panels
- drag&drop any file from left to right panel
= parent folder icon is lost in left panel + auto refresh doesn't work in right panel
- ctrl+r in right panel
- drag&drop file from right panel back to left panel
= auto refresh doesn't work in right panel (file is not removed), but parent folder icon is not removed in right panel

No problem for me with auto refresh.
Icon problem fixed.
