Action Toolbar - Windows System Folder Tool

Just an observation and not a functional problem. Within the Action Toolbar I have a function called "Windows Folder Tool" when selected opens up a menu of system tools. It may be elsewhere but this is where I have it located. Over time after the application is launched the icons to the left of the function goes away. Seems to be a bug but not sure if a software reload is required or if others have observed this. The first few times that I click on the icon the dropdown menu opens properly with the icon to the left of the text description of the function but over time the icons go away.
