Part of the borders in favorite tools dialog are truncated, even if dialog is enlarged.

It's next to 3 [...] buttons and the bottom line for Icon field.

The bottom part of the dialog is completely truncated with default settings, it's resizable, but the size of whole dialog should be larger by default, so it's fully visible.
FC 840 donor 64-bit, Window 10 20H2 64-bit.

Thanks, Marek, 1st and 3rd issue is fixed in 8401.

2nd issue is not fixed, bottom line for icon is missing.

In 8402 bottom line for icon is visible, but...

#4 Bottom line for icon is over the other grey border / line

#5 NEW Icon has a black border now, also with default settings.

Should be better in 8403.
