- Implemented: Multirename - metadata from exiftool can be used

I tried it with sample images from you, 100 images, Auto preview is ON, with built-in EXIF - date taken I had no delay, but with exiftool - [exift_DateTimeOriginal], I had a delay 50 seconds, whole FC was unusable, frozen for 50 seconds.

Thanks, it's great, dialog with option to cancel and I can even use main FC while operation is progress!

Anyway, exiftool is still much slower than "Picture - EXIF", is it normal? Of course, I can use "Picture - EXIF", I'm just curious. I just checked it in XnView, build-in EXIF, multi rename, it's fast there too, instant for 100 images.

Yes, exiftool is slower for many changes (exe must be called for each file).
it is an option for many other (not jpg) file types.
