Currently, up/down arrow keys are used to switch from quick filter to file panel.

There are not many other ways to switch focus to file panel:
- Shift+Tab
- press Tab twice
- click to free space withing the file panel

Enter has no function, so I suggest to use it to switch focus from quick filter to file panel, same as Shift+Tab, it would be intuitive - Ctrl+Q Ctrl+Y, type text, Enter - and it would filter the list and activate it.

All of this could be definable by the user

I don't understand, "all of this" already work, I requested just Enter to switch focus to file panel, currently Enter has no function, so I think it's not needed to "be definable by the user".

I mean the user should be able what works and what not

No everyone will want such upgrade an - maybe some like the up arrow taking them up i.e. above the Quick Filter box

I don't want to change anything, all existing hotkeys would work the same, like arrow keys.

Currently Enter has NO function in quick filter now, I just want to switch focus from quick filter field to file list panel, this feature is not danger.
