admin dos box

Would it be possible to add an admin Dos Box (similar to the one that already exists but starts the dos box as admin in the current directory?
Define favorite tool:
Name: DOS admin
Program or folder: cmd.exe
Parameter: /t:3F /k "cd /d %ActivDir%"
Option 'With "Run as" dialog' must be checked.
