Configuration for FCZip to preserve MOTW

Hi,
It seem that FCZip will always remove the "download from internet" marking on files.
Microsoft decided to do different things with makros and so on, if this flag exists.
I know it can be disturbing, but in my eyes a unzip should preserve the marking, as the dangerous file might be inside the ZIP.

I would suggest to change the behaviour or make it configurable.
On the other hand, there is missing an internal function to remove the stream attached to the file (which holds the information) through FC directly.
