My working conditions:
* FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 715 32-bit public
* under Windows 10 Home

I just installed the above version in my newly bought second hand LG gram 14" laptop
all others function are in good order but only that I can't view any jpg/mp4/mp3/txt/pdf...files from quick view panel unless I view them from 3rd-party softwares.
can anyone tell me why??

My other laptop works well for the above under same working conditions.

First, download and install the latest version, your version is 7 years old.

The problem is probably in Settings - View - Viewer - click the button "Quick viewer" and use the same options, plugins as for "Viewer", or just check the option "Use same settings for viewer and quick viewer".
