Hello,
after installing 2 sw updates (paint.net; GIMP 2.10.34) links to the new versions were placed on the desktop (pic 1).
These links are not visible in the desktop view of the FC (pic 2).

I guess the reason is that FC does only shows entries from the personal desktop
but some programms are installed for all users.
You see what entries are available from which place using the drop-down on the Desktop button in FC.

Windows Desktop shows the entries from both Desktops.

Btw. Your pictures are not working.

Thus maybe FC should have two versions of Desktop shortcuts above is Address Bar, between icons of volumes and network?

This way it would not only provide access to two versions of content but also constantly reminding users of this duality
