Damaged cyrillic (Russian) filenames in zip-archives

Windows XP Prof SP 2 (NTFS-partitions on HDD)

When I created zip-archive with cyrillic (Russian) filenames in Free Commander , and then update it through FC (copy new files in that archive), everything is all right. But whenever I update zip-archive, that was create in external backup programs (WinZIP, Toucan Portable, Peazip Portable, IZArc2Go, Turbo Archiver, and other), cyrillic (Russian) filenames are damaged. Repeat this action cause to FC's answer "Error 2051. Zip file structure invalid".
