Don't save folder tabs, general tree layout at exit.
Every time i reopen app, it show default folder layout.
In setting it stored configuration file in %FcAppDataPath%, save at exit is checked.
It's annoying..i'm wrong with some setting command?

If you're using %FcAppDataPath% for settings, FC can't be installed/placed in some directories (even if you're not using portable version):

Note: Don’t use these folders as a destination:

Program Files
Program Files (x86)
Windows
HDD/SSD root (C:\, D:\ etc.)

Make sure, that FC installation folder is not read-only.
