Tabs, toolbars, splitter, status bar

My suggestions are:
(I have no idea if they are too difficult to implement, so I'm sorry if they are too much!)
1- Possibility to drag and drop tabs freely between panes. Also, when a tab is dropped over another they exchange places, but if it was only inserted on that place like on browsers I think it would be better.
2- Toolbars buttons freely rearrangeable (with an option to reset to factory's default, of course), with option to create more separators. New custom toolbars would be great also.
3- Buttons size on splitter smaller and positions organizable.
4- Besides "Swap Panels", what about a "Same folder" button on the splitter? I found myself using it more often than Swap Panels! Actually, the more buttons available on splitter, the more useful. If all buttons of toolbars were available on the splitter it would be divine.
5- Status bars informations customizable.
6- Option to automatically change splitter position. In other words, amplify active pane and shrink inactive pane for better visualization of what you are working on. And as I'm just dreaming on my perfect file manager, this amplify/shrink option would trigger only on mouse hover or clicking on the outer edge of pane (would work only when the window is maximized, but I only use it maximized anyway)
I'd suggest a flat view of files, but I just saw it's already coming... amazing!
