Canon camera Powershot A720 not vissible

Hello,
I have a problem that my camera is not visible in the list with the drives.
The camera is attached at the usb port.
I use 2008.06c

AFAIK Canon has problems with USB mass storage. Is it working in Explorer? Try to install Canon software/driver.
i also cannot see my canon camera (different model)

mine is model "Canon S5 IS". I can see it in Windows Explorer and XPlorer2. There is no driver provided for this camera by manufacturer (they state that one is not needed for Win XP.)
