Draw border when selecting files

Using build 921.
When selecting files, FC does not draw the bottom line of the rectangle.
My settings:
- panel in List mode
- NC-mode (sticky selection) with "Draw border" checked
- font Tahoma, bold, 10 (or Segoe UI, it's the same problem)
