Window thick ugly borders

I have had my own colors file for some time. Yesterday I converted it to use dark dialogs via the VclStyle... items in the inf and colors files.
All is good.

Except why do I have thick ugly grey borders on my FC window?
How can I reduce them to match the thin borders I have on every other Windows window?
