950 - Batch image transformations broken + exception
Posted: 17.06.2026, 17:20
This option was working good few months ago, now I tried to use it after months, but it's not working, until "Resize" or other transformation is used.
This option has several bugs and issues, files are not converted without using any transformation option, also some options are not saved correctly + error dialog and exception after specific steps.
I can always reproduce these bugs with these steps, also with other file type, not just with png.
Output type is always default option - jpg, for all steps below.
For default settings I'm using these parameters:
To reproduce:
#1
- use default options
- select 3 png files
- Ctrl+P
- enable "Use current folder" option
- "Run" button is unavailable
- click the button "Queue"
= Result - dialog is closed, but jpg files are not created
#2
- select 3 png files
- Ctrl+P
= Result - "Use current folder" option, state is not saved, possibly few other options are not saved either
#3
- use default options
- select 3 png files
- Ctrl+P
- enable "Use current folder" option
- add transformation "Resize", default values, 800x600
- click the button "Queue"
= Result - dialog is closed, but jpg files are not created
#4
- use default options
- select 3 png files
- Ctrl+P
- enable "Use current folder" option
- add transformation "Resize", default values, 800x600
- click the button "Run"
= Result - jpg files are created (correct)
#5 (exception)
- use default options
- use NC mode
- select 3 png files
- Ctrl+P
- enable "Use current folder" option
- click the button "Queue"
= Result - dialog is closed, but jpg files are not created
- now select 3 png files again
- Ctrl+P
- enable "Use current folder" option
- add transformation "Resize", default values, 800x600
- click the button "Queue"
= Result - file list is not refreshed
- Ctrl+R to refresh file list
= Result - file list is not refreshed
- press X to close FC
= Result - Access Violation error dialog + Exception dialog
- select "Restart application"
= Result - first jpg file is created correctly, but not the others
