Freecommander 'ties up' ties that other programs access

I'm finding that Freecommander 'ties up' files that other programs are trying to access.

For example, Freecommander causes AutoCAD 2009 Mechanical to have a fatal exception when it starts. Once I close FC, AC starts fine.

Another example, when trying to uninstall a couple of programs, the uninstallers lock up and/or show a dialog box that Freecommander must be closed, then there is a retry button.

Using latest version.

Thanks,

Hi c6vette

Can you please advise FC version, Windows version and if it happens when FC has the AutoCAD folder open or not?

Thanks
