Marker in the NC-Mode - color, background

The NC-mode offers a nice feature to mark the background of a row in the Details view. In the FreeCommander options you can modify the presentation colors of the active element (file / directory) and the already selected items.

My problem is that you can not detect whether the active element is already been marked or not. The bar has always the same color and you can only recognize it when you move the cursor to another file (directory).

Is there any solution?

Suggestions:
a) New items (cursor) should be only framed and not drawed with the background color.
b) There is a further opportunity to highlight color for already selected elements.
