REQ - Center Viewer Window in the Main Application Window

I have been using Layout features a lot, and I like it very much, of course.
However, I have noticed that when I press the F3 key to activate the viewer window, it opens in the same place regardless of the layout.
This is fine most of the time, but I would like to request that you add an option in the VIEW menu of the main FC program:
Center Viewer Window Horizontally
By providing that function, regardless of the size and position of the main FC application window, I would be able to have the Viewer Window centered smack in the middle of that main FC application window, which would be very helpful when making screen shots, for instance.
It would make it easy to get a clean, professional look whenever I make a screen shot, no matter what the layout is.
I would appreciate it if you would consider adding this option.
If it is fairly easy to do, perhaps you may wish to consider also adding a "Center Viewer Window Vertically" option to the View menu as well.
