Context menu on hold right mouse button

Hello!
Sorry for my English.
I used to select files/folders via right mouse button, but I also would like to use right mouse button to call context menu. It can be done by call context menu show after holding mouse button for second, and when I just right click on file/folder let it be selection. (TotalCommander-like behaviour)
Can that be done in the next release?
