When one use quick view and is trying to delete a pdf file it is not possible. Error message: "Cannot delete xxx: It is being used by another person or program." Error message even though one turn Quick view off.
restarting the Freecomander solving the problem deleting the files as long as not the quick view is used. I'm using Foxit Reader 3.0 for Windows (pdf reader), and win XP sp3 and Freecommander 2009.02

i had similar problem in UV.
The solve: wait 300-800 ms before deleting the file after closing.

I have discovered that if you have the free Unlocker program installed that you can right click on a file in FC and then click on Unlocker on the context menu. You can then unlock the FC hold on the file and delete or otherwise save.
