Drag&Drop outside of FreeCommander window

Hi,
I'm using FreeCommander 2009.02 under Windows XP SP2.
I've got 2 problems, in fact:
(1) When I select one or several files and drag&drop them outside of the Free Commander window (it may be a windows explorer window or an application or whatsoever). When I release the mouse button, nothing happens...
(2) When I select just one file and click on the middle vertical command bar to copy it in the other panel, a popup requesting for the destination directory appears (OK), but if I click on OK, Free Commander creates a directory with the same name as the file in the destination folder, and puts the file inside !
