FC 2009.02 crashes when trying to delete a ZIP file

I am running FC 2009.02 on Vista x64. It runs quite happily, except for when I try to delete a ZIP file from within FC.
When it asks for confirmation to delete, it doesn't matter if I click yes or no. As soon as I click either button, FC terminates unexpectedly.
This only happens for ZIP files. All other file deletion is fine. Also, I can delete the ZIP file without a problem with Windows Explorer.
I have Zipgenius installed FYI.
