Error while trying to search

i am getting this ERROR in both VISTA and WINDOWS 7
I am always getting error when trying to serach in files
i am getting this error (( Failed to set calendar date or time))
and the whole prgram not responding
also i can't close it i am getting this message ( Access violation at address 0060A208 in model FreeCommander.exe read of address 00000096)
