How to have TeraCopy 2.1 to engage with mouse Drag and Drop?

TeraCopy 2.1 works fine if I press the F5 key to copy files, but not when I drag and drop with the mouse.
Is there any way to get TeraCopy to take over when you drag and drop files from one pane to another?
