Allow quick viewer to set a default text type

Quick view (Ctrl+Q) is one of my favoriate feature of FC. But one thing very inconvenient is that when I view the text files in utf-8 format, I have to switch to view panal and press "R" to make it display properly for some unicode characters. And then switch back to move to next file and switch again, and so on. Same boring when using "F3" to popup the quick viewer.
Do you think it is possible to sticky my operation decision or allow me to set one type as default? Which would be great help.
