Cut/copy/paste toolbar buttons for rename

If "use dialog for rename" is disabled, after rename the toolbar buttons cut/copy/paste are greyed out, they could be available also for rename, it would be very useful.

Also - Delete button is available when renaming a file, but when I use it, the file is deleted - only text should be deleted, the same way as the context menu item, or delete button should be unavailable while renaming.
