Miscellaneous small appearance suggestions

There are still few old - Win95 looking icons and other issues. Appearance is not the most important thing, of course, but it's the first thing new user will see - and such a great program as FC deserves also nice appearance (it's getting better and better all the time, but still it's not perfect ).

- control panel and system dirs. toolbar buttons are menu buttons, but the small black arrow is missing (large buttons only, small have this arrow)
- other file managers use a special icon for "go up" item in the file list, perhaps you could use icon similar to the current "go up" mini icon in the address bar
- change/improve the selected icons...
- option to remove dividers
- "select" icons are small - changed, but the new icons don't look as good as other large icons
- copy/move (F5/F6) icons in main toolbar and splitter bar are not the same, they should be - ok, but small main toolbar copy button is still different
- change/improve icons - arrows on copy/move (F5/F6) buttons in splitter bar
- use always the same system/colors on copy/move (F5/F6) buttons, e.g. blue arrow for copy, green for move (red should be for delete IMO)
- drives as combo box don't look nice, especially when using dark backgrounds, option to disable it completely would help, already suggested elsewhere
- control panel icon is not as smooth as others
- [\] and [..] in address bar icons might be improved a bit (perhaps they should be the same as in mail toolbar), but this is not so important
- delete icon is a bit too aggressive, it might be a bit less bold, but also not so important

New suggestion - other file managers use a special icon for "go up" item in the file list, perhaps you could use icon similar to current "go up" mini icon in the address bar.

Now existing suggestion again:

- use always the same system/colors on copy/move (F5/F6) buttons, e.g. blue arrow for copy, green for move (red should be for delete IMO)

This is important, it's not just the appearance, in the main toolbar, you're using green "+" for copy, but in the splitter blue - and green for move - this is confusing. There are also the blue/red arrows in the splitter icons, it's just more confusing.

Marek, thanks for the changes/improvements in the last few beta versions. My commenst and the new suggestions are in the first post (red).
