FcContextMenu64 stay in processes

Dear mr. Jasinski.
If context menu (FcContextMenu64.exe) is opened and without any action closed, it is ok.
But if some action is invoked, FcContextMenu64.exe stay in processes, even though menu is already closed.
I'm not sure, if it's correct...
