579 - Minor - Split 50/50 is not exact

It's just a minor issue, to reproduce make FC window small, use splitter toolbar, big icons, size 32+. Now use split 50/50 or double click the empty space on the splitter. It's about 60/40.

Still not fixed, sorry, tested with 580 and 581. I have tried using double click the splitter and 50/50 menu item.

OK, so it works now in window mode, but there's a little problem...

- maximize FC
- use 50/50
- restore FC fo small window
= now the width is not equal

Anyway, I can live with this, if it can't be fixed easily.
