Setting files in the XE version

I couldn't find the option to change the ini file location. If the file is already in the FC folder, then this location is used, when I delete it to test with default settings, then it's change to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\FreeCommanderXE\Settings .
So is it possible to change the ini file location in settings?
