This popped up on one my installs on a Windows 2000 desktop.

I did search of the gdiplus.dll on my C: drive and found a couple of them from .Net and AutoCad2004.

I copied the DLL to the C:WINNT\System32 directory.

This appears to have solved the problem.

I have had this same problem in the past with a couple of different programs.....the gdiplus library fixed it
