Always confirm move on dragging, or Disable move on dragging

Hi All,
Is there any way to configure FreeCommander so that is Always displays a dialog to confirm file or directory move, in the event of (accidentally) dragging a file or directory with the mouse?
Alternatively, is is possible to completely Disable file / directory moving, in the event of dragging a file or directory with the mouse?
I am currently using FreeCommander version 2009.02b.
