XE 581: "One panel" mode loses selection of hidden panel

To reproduce:

1. Show two file panels
2. Select a file in each panel
3. Issue action "Dual/one panel" to display only one panel
4. Issue action "Dual/one panel" to toggle back to two panels
5. Observe that panel which was hidden has no selection

The hidden/inactive panel should retain its selection.
